Hi, I'm Milo 👋 How can I help you today?
📦 My order
💳 How do I avoid payment problems?
Good question! An e-bike is a big purchase, so banks check these payments extra carefully. A few tips and it goes smoothly:
1. Check your daily card limit. It must be higher than the price of the bike. You can usually raise it in your banking app in one minute.
2. Keep your phone in your hand. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in the app or with an SMS code. Confirm it within a few minutes.
3. Have a second card ready, in case the first one is declined.
4. Try Apple Pay or Google Pay, or the local payment method shown at checkout for your country.
5. Bank transfer always works. Your bike stays reserved until the money arrives. 🚲 Help me choose a bike 🔧 Technical help (settings, error codes) 🛠️ Spare parts 💬 Talk to a person Which bike is right for me? Happy to help! Tell me a little: where will you ride (hills, sand, snow, flat), your height and roughly your weight? I need technical help. Sure. Which bike do you have (S600 PRO, S700 PRO or S900 PRO), and what do you want to do or what happens? If there is an error code, tell me the code. I need a spare part. Did you buy your bike from us (shengmilo.net or one of our country websites)? If yes, send us your order number and the part you need, and we'll help you. If you bought it from another seller, please contact that seller. We can only help with bikes bought from us. How can I help? 💳 Try another payment method 🏦 Pay by bank transfer ❓ Why did it fail? The most common reasons:
1. Daily card limit. Many cards have a limit below the price of a bike. Call your bank or open your banking app and raise the limit for today, then try again.
2. Security check (3D Secure) not confirmed. Your bank sends a code or a message in your banking app. Confirm it within a few minutes.
3. The bank blocked an online payment abroad. Your bank can allow it.
4. Klarna said no. Klarna decides by itself, we can't change it. Try a card or bank transfer.
Easiest solution: pay by bank transfer, it always works. Choose another method below, for example Apple Pay, Google Pay, another card or Klarna, and press the button again. I selected bank transfer for you. Press the order button, and you'll see our bank details on the next page. Your bike is reserved while we wait for the payment. Hi, I'm Milo 👋 What can I help you with today? 📦 Where's my order? 🚲 Help me choose a bike 🚚 Delivery & returns How do delivery and returns work? Every bike is sent from our **UK warehouse**, so there are no customs charges. Delivery is **free to mainland Great Britain** and usually takes **4–8 working days**, with tracking by email. Some Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland addresses cost extra. If it's not right, you have **30 days** to send it back. Is there something specific, like your postcode or a return? 💷 Klarna & Clearpay Can I spread the cost with Klarna or Clearpay? You can choose **Klarna** or **Clearpay** at checkout. They decide whether to approve you and which plan you get – we can't see or change that. If they say no, a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer always works. 📍 Where can I ride it? Where am I allowed to ride a Shengmilo in the UK? Our bikes are far more powerful than UK e-bike rules allow (250W and 15.5 mph), so they're for **private land only** – your own land, or land where you have the owner's permission. Not public roads, cycle paths or bridleways. Most of our riders use them on farms, estates, fields and private tracks. 🔧 Technical help & error codes Of course. Which bike have you got (S600 PRO, S700 PRO or S900 PRO), and what's happening? If the display shows an error code, tell me the number. Happy to help! Tell me a bit about how you'll use it: the sort of ground (hills, mud, fields, tracks), your height and roughly your weight – stone or kg, either's fine. Did you buy your bike from us at shengmilo.co.uk? If so, send us your order number and the part you need, and we'll sort it out.
